Refund policy

All exchanges or refunds can only be issued with the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Clothing must be in the original condition, have any tags attached, and be unwashed and unworn to be eligible for return or exchange.

No refunds or exchanges on:

• Hats or any headwear
• Reusable water bottles, mugs, and other drinkware
• Confectionery items
• All writing instruments and stationary
• Graduation rings
• Any item marked as “final sale”

Exchanges only on sale merchandise.

Returns

Refunds can only be issued back to the same method of payment used. The original debit or credit card used at the time of purchase is required at the time of refund.

We reserve the right to refuse any return.

Returns will be accepted on eligible products in new condition, within 14 days of delivery or in person purchase, and with the original web order or physical receipt.

The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges.

We are unable to provide pre-paid return shipping labels outside of Canada or cover any return shipping costs.

Exchanges

You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange clothing and other merchandise for similar items. You must have your original receipt and the items must be in new condition with original tags attached.
